Welcome to Chromora Logistics. By accessing our digital solutions or engaging with our supply chain analysis tools, you’re agreeing to the parameters set out in this document. We’ve built these terms to ensure both parties understand our mutual obligations. Why does this matter? Because clarity is the foundation of every high-performance network.

1. Use of Services

Our real-time tracking and route optimization software is provided as a licensed service. You agree not to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithms or use the data export features to build competing delivery software. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that demonstrate irregular traffic patterns suggesting non-human interaction.

2. Intellectual Property

All system architectures, interface designs, and predictive models remain the exclusive property of Chromora Logistics. We grant you a restricted, non-exclusive right to utilize these tools for your internal logistics management. Don’t distribute our fleet management reports to third-party consultants without prior written consent.

3. Data Accuracy & Integrity

We believe in the power of precise data. While our platform utilizes advanced machine learning for route optimization, the accuracy of the output depends heavily on the telemetry data provided by your fleet. We can’t be held liable for routing delays caused by incorrect vehicle weight parameters or outdated road restriction data supplied via your API integration.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chromora Logistics be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network downtime. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of our optimization services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident. It’s about shared risk and shared success.
